Fertility education from inside the IVF lab
Independent IVF guidance from an embryologist who worked inside fertility labs for 10+ years.
Finally understand what's happening in your cycle — from someone who knows about what happens in the IVF Lab.
Sense Fertility is an independent educational guidance service led by Laura Coral, a senior clinical embryologist with 10+ years of international IVF laboratory experience. No clinic. No conflict of interest. Just clarity.
WHY SENSE FERTILITY
Why seek embryologist guidance?
Embryo development, fertilization reports, embryo grading, blastocyst progression, biopsy decisions, and laboratory procedures can feel overwhelming and difficult to interpret.
Sense Fertility was created to bridge the gap between the IVF laboratory and the patient experience.
Through educational guidance and emotional support, patients gain clarity, understanding, and confidence throughout their fertility journey.
How Sense can support you

Your clinic is great at IVF. They're not always great at explaining it.
When you're going through a cycle, you receive reports, numbers, and grades that feel like a foreign language.
Your doctor has 12 minutes.
The nurse is moving to the next patient.
And you go home with a blastocyst grade, a fertilization rate, and a hundred questions nobody answered.
That's the gap Sense was built to fill.
🔬 The embryologist's perspective
Most fertility educators are coaches or nurses. Laura worked inside the lab — doing the ICSI, grading the blastocysts, running the vitrification. She knows what those numbers mean because she generated them.
🏥 Completely independent
Sense has no financial relationship with any clinic. Laura won't tell you which clinic to choose — she'll give you the tools to ask the right questions and understand the answers you receive.

Meet Laura
Laura Coral is a senior clinical embryologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Embryology from Monash University and over 13 years of hands-on experience in IVF laboratories across the United States, Australia, Colombia, South Korea, Sweden, and beyond.
She spent years inside the lab — performing ICSI, grading embryos, implementing AI embryo selection systems, and leading laboratory operations — watching patients navigate an emotionally overwhelming process with very little real explanation.
Sense Fertility is her answer to that gap.
