How Sense can support you

Fertility Guidance Session

Not sure where to start? This one-on-one session helps you understand your fertility baseline, your options, and what questions to ask your doctor — before you spend thousands of dollars on a cycle.

Fertility Preservation Guidance

Thinking about egg freezing? Laura explains what the process actually involves, what realistic outcomes look like at your age, and what questions to ask any clinic before you commit.

IVF Cycle Support

Currently going through a cycle? Laura will help you read your results, understand your embryo report, make sense of your protocol, and feel supported through every step — without replacing your medical team.

WHY SENSE FERTILITY

Why seek an embryologist guidance?

Sense Fertility was created to bridge the gap between the IVF laboratory and the patient experience.

Through educational guidance and emotional support, patients gain clarity, understanding, and confidence throughout their fertility journey.

Embryo development, fertilization reports, embryo grading, blastocyst progression, biopsy decisions, and laboratory procedures can feel overwhelming and difficult to interpret.

How Sense can support you

Your clinic is great at IVF. They're not always great at explaining it.

When you're going through a cycle, you receive reports, numbers, and grades that feel like a foreign language.

Your doctor has 12 minutes. The nurse is moving to the next patient.

And you go home with consents to read and sign, information about all the decisions you should make and questions nobody answered.

That's the gap Sense was built to fill.

🔬 The embryologist's perspective

Most fertility educators are coaches or nurses. We work inside the lab — looking at the eggs, the sperm, the embryos, doing the ICSI, grading the blastocysts, running the vitrification.

🏥 Completely independent

We will not tell you which clinic to choose — instead we will work on the tools to ask the right questions to your doctors, go through decision making and understand the answers you receive.

About

Laura Coral is a senior clinical embryologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Embryology from Monash University and over 10 years of hands-on experience in IVF laboratories across the United States, Australia and Colombia.

She spent years inside the lab — performing ICSI, grading embryos, implementing AI embryo selection systems, and leading laboratory operations — watching patients navigate an emotionally loaded process with little real explanation.

Sense Fertility is the bridge we build to connect fertility care and embryology.
